R-sensors in cooperation with Teknik Destek Grubu, a Turkish partner company, participated in the 9-th congress of the Balkan Geophysical Society, which was held on 5-9 November 2017 in Xanadu Resort, Belek, Antalya region, Turkey.
A digital broadband seismometer, high-resolution data logger and other seismic instruments were presented at the shared booth. The CME-6111 seismometer by R-sensors and the TESTBOX2010 data acquisition system by Teknik Destek Grubu were operating smoothly as one unit. Scientists and officials of geophysical organizations showed an interest in the products of both companies.
Teknik Destek Grubu is an exclusive distributor of R-sensors’ products in Turkey.
The R-sensors' project for developing broadband seismic and acoustic sensors for marine seismic exploration was approved and financed by the Fund for assistance of small industrial enterprises (FASIE) in the “NTI-Development” programme of the National Technology Initiative.
The 2-year project implies two types of sensors to be developed – hydrophones and dual sensors (hydrophone + geophone).
A project for developing broadband seismic and acoustic sensors for marine seismic exploration was approved by the “MariNet” working session of the National Technology Initiative on 28 February 2017 at Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
The project will last for 2 years and implies the two types of sensors to be developed – hydrophones and combined sensors (hydrophone + geophone).

Tests of the self-contained wireless seismic station developed by the The Center for Molecular Electronics of MIPT were held near the Golubitsky mud volcano at Azov Sea shore (Krasnodarsky Krai, South Russia) by the expedition of The Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IPE RAS).
Due to its water-proof design, the seismic station can operate in the transition land-sea zones including partial or full immersion. The built-in Li-Ion accumulator allows for several days of autonomous recording, while the installed Wi-Fi wireless interface gives an opportunity to read recorded data remotely. A GNSS/GPS receiver detects the station's position and helps to adjust reference generator. The sensing unit is based on the modified MTSS-2003 three-component high gain seismic sensors.

The renewed seismic station Baykal-8 (BY-8) was pitched in India in several presentations. The keystone event was held in Geological Survey of India at city of Jaipur. The presented equipment and its performance capabilities met sincere interest of our Indian colleagues.
Another remarkable event was held in Central Water Commission of India in New Delhi.
As a result of successful implementation of IGEO LLC investment programme, R-sensors has prolonged the Venture Partner of the RVC Seed Fund status for the next 5 years.
Since 2014 R-sensors lends a pre- and post-investment project support and interacts with RVC venture professionals.

R-sensors has become a member of the Phystech XXI (ФИЗТЕХ XXI) innovation cluster and is planning to implement several promising projects in cooperation with other cluster's members.
The innovative cluster Phystech XXI (ФИЗТЕХ XXI) is a MIPT-based project supported by the Moscow regional government aiming to create a community of young specialists able to make a progress in technologic innovations.

A paper by our colleagues "Low-noise Linear and Angular Motion Sensors for Vibration Monitoring" was presented in the Third International Conference on Advances in Civil, Structural and Construction Engineering - CSCE 2015 held by The Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors in Rome, Italy.

The achievements of R-sensors and the Center for molecular electronics of MIPT were presented at the Shenzhen High-Tech Fair 2015 (Shenzhen, China) in the stand of The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. The visitors were shown high-precision seismic sensors - geophones and а design of wireless seismic station based on MET sensors and intended to use in littoral zones (the zones of land-sea transition). The project's prospects presentation was conducted during the introduction of the stand to Deputy Minister of Science and Education of the Russian Federation Ms. Lyudmila Ogorodova.
Wireless seismic stations for littoral zones is a key part for gas and oil exploration in hard-to-reach and coastal territories.

R-sensors took part in the 5th Annual International Exhibition GEO-KAZAN: Geological prospecting. Land surveying. Cartography. in the frames of the TATARSTAN OIL, GAS & PETROCHEMICALS FORUM in Kazan, Russia.
One component seismic sensor MTSS-1021 has successfully passed the test works in Orenburg region, Russia. Under the experimental work a signal induced by an all-terrain vibrator was recorded simultaneously by a row of 240 sensors at 50 meters step. Thus the 2-D profile along the line over some 300 kilometers was consecutively collected. The results were verified by comparing it with the data obtained with conventional moving-coil geophones GS-20DX-1. The works were performed by "SibGeoTechService LLC" and our subsidiary company "Seismotronika LLC", by the order of The Federal Subsoil Resources Management Agency.
The MTSS-1021 sensor is designed by R-sensors and "Seismotronika LLC" as a part of multichannel seismic wireless data acquisition system SCOUT by JSC “Special Design Bureau for Seismic Instrumentation” (SKB SP), Saratov, Russia. The sensor shares similar parameters with the MTSS-1001 but has self-contained power supply and is equipped with exchangeable Li-Pol accumulators.
Apart from the main tests, the ability of the rotational sensors METR-01 to register the Rayleigh waves directly was tested and verified. The information on the surface waves is sufficient for eliminating it's interference with the desired signal.

The MTSS and METR compact sensors were presented at the CeBIT 2015 in Hannover on the stand of The Russian Ministry of Education and Science. R-sensors LLC received a delegation from the Indonesian National Agency for meteorology, climatology and geophysics (BMKG).
The honoured guests showed an interest in technologies being utilized in seismic sensors production. Particular attention was drawn to methods of verification of the seismic equipment. R-sensors conducted a seminar dedicated to the application of the Volna VS4 shake table for acquiring frequency responses for various types of sensors.
In her reply speech Mrs. Dian Distriati Burhanuddin on behalf of BMKG thanked warmly R-sensors for cooperation and awarded a memorial sign.

The scientific-technical cooperation Agreement between "R-sensors" LLC and The Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology was signed.
The Russian Federal Agency for Science and Innovations has supported our project on development of the device for measuring the motion parameters of a moving human body and his lower extremities. The development is directed for sport medicine, orthopaedics and medical researches. A patent application has been submitted.
