  • August 2019: R-sensors
August 2019: R-sensors' project with Bulgarian Academy of Sciences supported
A project for research of amplitude and frequency characteristics of seismic signals generated by superficial sources was supported.

The project is being implemented jointly with Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (Sofia, Bulgaria) and will last for 2 years.

The scientific problem of the project is creation of new methods to research signals received from superficial sources on the basis of measurement of boundary waves characteristics for steady definition of shift and compression components of a seismic wave field with the use of highly sensitive sensors of angular and linear vibrations based on the principles of a molecular-electronic transfer.

  • April 2019: R-sensors exhibited at EGU Vienna, Austria
April 2019: R-sensors exhibited at EGU Vienna, Austria
    Dear colleagues and friends!

Thank you for visiting R-sensors’ exposition at the General Assembly of the European Geosciences Union (EGU). The event took place on 07-12 April in the Austria Center Vienna.

R-sensors presented new digital products such as a digital force-feedback broadband seismometer CME-6111ND as well as a multipurpose programmable unit NDAS-RT expanding the networking capabilities of digital seismic sensors produced by R-Sensors. Moreover, the booth was shared with GNS, a Russian service partner company which presented its ocean-bottom nodes for seabed and ocean bottom research.

The General Assembly of the European Geosciences Union is the largest and most prominent European geosciences event. The sessions cover a wide range of topics such as volcanology, planetary exploration, atmosphere, climate as well as energy and resources.

In 2019 the event attracted over 16,000 scientists from 113 countries, of which more than half are early career scientists.
